Our Story...

Angie's Version

​I never dreamed that I'd find Mr. Right just 20 minutes from where I grew up. Back in the fall of 2013 I met Ben online & we went on our first date October 5th of 2013.  We met down in Ramsey Park near the zoo & went for a walk before going on a mission to search out some pool tables for a little competition. We never did find the pool tables that night, but we did find a band to listen to, great coversation, & a start to an amazing relationship.  I don't remember being very nervous before the first date as I didn't want to get my hopes up, but I was incredibly nervous on our second date as I really liked him after the first date & I was totally hoping he felt the same.  I don't think a day went by that we haven't talked since that first meeting.  That initial adventure & excitement has never ceased since the moment I first met Ben.  We've spent virtually every weekend together for the last couple years even in spite of the couple hours of distance between us.  He is adventurous, smart, handsome, has a huge heart, & can always make me laugh.  On July 31, 2015, in that same spot where we first met, he got down on one knee & proposed.  I am truly blessed to get to spend the rest of my life with such an amazing man who has also definitely become my best friend.

Ben's Version

I met Angie online thanks to Graham and Stacy Dybsetter. They helped set me up with an account and we ended up meeting on there.  We first met each other in the Redwood Falls park and it was love at first site. On our first date, I could tell Angie was a very special person. As we have gotten to know each other over the last couple years, she has become my best friend and someone I could not live without. I proposed on July 31st at the spot we first met (the Redwood Zoo) and she said yes! I'm so excited to to have her in my life and cant wait to spend the rest of my life with her.
